Our coaching assignments start with the development of a strategic exit plan for your business. It begins with a goal setting exercise you complete and includes extensive data gathering about your business.

This is a pre-due diligence exercise in which you assemble the information a potential buyer will want. This is followed by a 3.5 hour Zoom call with you in which we review your goals, examine your business data, and identify the gaps in your business that may cause you to fall short of your goals. The outcome is a series of action steps you will follow to achieve your business sale goals along with milestone dates.
